License Agreement

This License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of Square UI Pro templates ("Templates") provided by Square UI Pro ("we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing Full Access, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. Grant of License

Upon purchase of Full Access, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use, modify, and incorporate the Templates into your projects, including commercial projects, client work, and personal projects. This license is perpetual and includes lifetime access to all current and future Templates.

2. Permitted Uses

You may:

  • Use Templates in unlimited personal and commercial projects
  • Modify, customize, and adapt Templates to fit your needs
  • Use Templates in client work and projects for third parties
  • Create derivative works based on the Templates
  • Use Templates in applications, websites, and digital products

3. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the Templates or any modified versions as standalone products
  • Share your account credentials or allow others to access Templates through your account
  • Remove copyright notices or attribution from the Templates
  • Use Templates to create competing template libraries or UI kits
  • Transfer your license to another party

4. Purchase and Access

Your Full Access purchase grants you lifetime access to all Templates available at the time of purchase, as well as all future Templates and updates released by Square UI Pro. This is a one-time payment that provides perpetual access to the Templates library, including all future additions and updates.

5. Intellectual Property

All Templates remain the intellectual property of Square UI Pro. This Agreement grants you a license to use the Templates but does not transfer ownership. You retain ownership of any original work you create using the Templates.

6. Updates and New Templates

Your Full Access purchase includes lifetime access to all new Templates and updates. You will automatically receive access to all future Templates and updates released by Square UI Pro at no additional cost.

7. No Warranty

Templates are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that Templates will meet your requirements or be error-free. You are responsible for testing and ensuring Templates work correctly in your projects.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Square UI Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Templates.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to Templates if you violate this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease using the Templates, except for Templates already incorporated into projects you have completed.

10. Changes to Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of Templates after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
